Consultation

Our public consultation ran from 11 November 2025 until 11.59pm on 11 December 2025.

We held in-person events in Cotesbach and Shawell where local residents, stakeholders, and other interested parties could learn more about the proposals, ask questions, and provide their feedback. 

We are grateful for all the feedback and questions received. The views expressed by all stakeholders, along with the outcomes of environmental assessments and technical studies, will now be carefully considered and where possible will inform our plans for the project. A newsletter will be distributed to residents in the new year detailing our response to the feedback received and the next steps for the project.
